Payment Terms and Schedule
A payment link for the 50% deposit will be emailed within approximately two business days after the reservation is confirmed. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival—or 90 days before arrival for Private Group Reservations.
Cancellation Policy
Individual Reservations: A full refund will be provided for cancellations received 31 or more days before arrival.
Private Group Reservations: A full refund will be provided for cancellations received 91 or more days before arrival.
After these deadlines, all payments become non-refundable. However, the full amount paid will be honored toward the same vacation package, with the same inclusions and booking terms, for travel within two years of the cancellation date, with no price differences applied.
