Hotel Policy

At Wanderlust Caribbean, we believe in transparency, fairness, and clear communication. The following policies outline the details of your adventure vacation — including hotel guidelines, booking terms, and cancellation conditions. These policies help ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and worry-free experience from the moment they book until the day they depart.

Hotel Policies

  • Check-in and Check-out:

    • ​Check-in Time: 3:00 pm

    • Check-out Time: 11:00 am

  • Property Policies:

    • The property is smoke-free.

    • No pets are allowed on the premises.

  • Tours and Activities:

    • Guests must sign a Liability Release before participating in tours and activities.

  • Travel Insurance:

    • Travel insurance is highly recommended for all guests.

Booking Policy

Payment and Booking Policies

  • Currency: All prices are quoted in US ($) dollars and do not include the 12.5% Sales/VAT tax.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payment through Mastercard or Visa.

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining 50% must be paid thirty (30) days before the scheduled arrival date.

  • Age Requirements:

    • Children: We welcome children aged 12 years or older.

    • Minimum Check-in Age: The minimum age for check-in is 21.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date are 100% refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date are not eligible for a refund. However, guests have the option to reschedule their vacation, with the full reservation deposit applied to the new booking.

  • Private Group Bookings: Cancellations made within 90 days of the scheduled arrival date are not eligible for a refund. However, guests have the option to reschedule their vacation, with the full reservation deposit applied to the new booking. 

  • The rescheduled vacation must take place within two (2) years of the initial arrival date and can be booked for any available dates, excluding December 15th - January 7th, when special rates apply.

HURRICANE GUARANTEE

  • In the event that hurricane or storm warnings lead to the closure of Dominica's airport and/or result in the cancellation of flights and ferry schedules, guests will have the option to reschedule their vacation. The full reservation deposit will be applied to the new booking.

  • The rescheduled vacation must take place within two (2) years of the initial arrival date and can be booked for any available dates, except for December 15th - January 7th when special rates apply.
