At Wanderlust Caribbean, we believe in transparency, fairness, and clear communication. The following policies outline the details of your adventure vacation — including hotel guidelines, booking terms, and cancellation conditions. These policies help ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and worry-free experience from the moment they book until the day they depart.

Guests must sign a Liability Release before participating in tours and activities.

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all guests.

Payment and Booking Policies

Currency: All prices are quoted in US ($) dollars and do not include the 12.5% Sales/VAT tax.

Payment Methods: We accept payment through Mastercard or Visa.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining 50% must be paid thirty (30) days before the scheduled arrival date.

Age Requirements:

Children: We welcome children aged 12 years or older.

Minimum Check-in Age: The minimum age for check-in is 21.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date are 100% refundable.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date are not eligible for a refund. However, guests have the option to reschedule their vacation, with the full reservation deposit applied to the new booking.

Private Group Bookings: Cancellations made within 90 days of the scheduled arrival date are not eligible for a refund. However, guests have the option to reschedule their vacation, with the full reservation deposit applied to the new booking.

The rescheduled vacation must take place within two (2) years of the initial arrival date and can be booked for any available dates, excluding December 15th - January 7th, when special rates apply.
HURRICANE GUARANTEE

In the event that hurricane or storm warnings lead to the closure of Dominica's airport and/or result in the cancellation of flights and ferry schedules, guests will have the option to reschedule their vacation. The full reservation deposit will be applied to the new booking.

What we collect. When you book with us, we collect your name, email, phone number, and travel dates. When you browse our site, we and our partners automatically collect pages visited, device/browser type, and advertising identifiers from Google (click IDs that tell us which ad brought you here).
Cookies and advertising. We use cookies for two things:

Analytics — Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our site.

Remarketing — if you visit our booking pages, Google may show you Wanderlust Caribbean ads on other websites. You can opt out at Ads Settings.
When you complete a booking, we send Google a conversion record containing the booking value, ad click IDs, and securely hashed (one-way encrypted) versions of your email and phone number, so we can measure ad performance. Your raw contact details are never sent to advertisers.
How we use it. To manage your booking (invoices, confirmations, cancellations), answer your questions, and measure our advertising. We don't sell your personal information, and we only share it with the service providers who help us operate (Google, our email service, and our booking platform).
Your choices. Control Google ad personalization at Ads Settings; refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings; or email us to request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information.
